This rewarding hike through one of California’s most spectacular sceneries boasts stunning views. Make your way to the top of North America’s tallest waterfall, which rises 2,425 feet (739 m) above the valley floor. You will walk uphill, following switchbacks that lead through oak woodland. The amazing views at the top are well worth the effort. You will not only be amazed by the panorama of the valley and surrounding mountains but also see the surprisingly small creek that feeds the waterfall. At Yosemite Point, you enjoy direct views of Half Dome and Lost Arrow Spire as well.

This hike is great for people from the Sacramento, San Francisco and Fresno area.
